Can I cancel or modify my order?
We try to process orders as quickly as possible, but if you need to amend or cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Once shipped, we do not accept cancellations or refunds on orders. You can cancel the order before it is shipped, but due to the special nature of the product, we need to charge a fee of 3% of the total order value. If the shipment is delayed, the 3% commission will not be charged. We will try our best to meet your request.
