Refund policy

Our refund policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within a certain timeframe.

1. General

We do not accept cancel or refund the order after we ship it. Before ship it,you can cancel the order, but we need to charge 3% fee of the total order amount since the product its specificity. The 3% commission will be not charged if the shipping is delay.

The assembled case kit has not been opened within 7 days from the date of express receipt, if you find the case is defective from the outside, we can accept a replacement, and the shipping cost and method will be on our side. We will not accept any after-sales service after 7 days from the date of receipt of the courier or after the assembled case kit has been opened.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

2. Damages And Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

3. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

4. About the Tax/VAT

We will declare the actual amount excluding tax/VAT on the invoice based on the order details. If your package is charged a duty, you must pay the duty.

5. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
